Nicole is a registered psychologist, coach and workshop facilitator with a human-centred and positive psychology approach to working with adults of all ages.
Nicole creates a partnership with her clients through compassion, empathy and respectful challenge to support them with personal growth. She empowers clients to use their strengths whilst providing them with simple and practical strategies to help create positive change.
Her therapeutic approaches draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness to help clients understand and manage their emotions and behaviour to improve their wellbeing and relationships.
Nicole is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. In addition to being a psychologist, she also has experience as a leadership and personal development coach.
