Iga holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in Cognitive Neuropsychology and is currently undertaking postgraduate training in Gestalt Psychotherapy under the supervision of experienced clinicians through the Gestalt Training Institute West Australia.
Iga has a unique background which includes over 4 years of medical and neuroscience research in the Netherlands and Sweden. Iga provides a safe, open-minded environment and can support her clients to achieve their goals with a person-centred approach. She is passionate about brain functioning and its impact upon mental health.

Iga conducts assessments and provides reports, as well as therapy for families and individuals using the principles of Gestalt psychotherapy as well as other approaches such as mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) therapy. She has extensive experience working with individuals with neurological conditions such as MS, MND, stroke and Parkinson’s Disease, and neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and ADHD. Iga has worked with people with chronic illness and has a good understanding of neurological conditions and their impact on mental health.
Iga can provide face to face counselling in English, Polish and Swedish as well as Telehealth and Zoom appointments.
