Telehealth

In addition to our face to face counselling appointments, we also provide Telehealth. In the past, this service has been valuable to those in our regional communities, FIFO workers and interstate travellers, however in the current climate many more people are choosing to access Telehealth rather than a face-to-face appointment.

Covid-19 Protocols – Keeping You Safe!

• OUR FACILITIES – Social Distancing –  Our counselling rooms are very large compared to average counselling rooms.  Hand sanitiser is available for clients at all times. Public spaces, practitioner rooms, work surfaces, soft furnishing and shared stationery items are regularly sanitised. All books, cups and glassware have been removed from the client waiting area.
• OUR STAFF – are double/triple vaccinated as per government mandate and are following all recommended hygiene practices regarding washing and sanitising hands  and surfaces.
