She prioritises the therapeutic relationship and uses an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing.
